 Five Elements Breathwork 

In yoga and holistic medicine, the body is understood to be made of the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. Purification of the five elements is a yogic practice that balances your mind and body. Sandra and Kristin are trained to offer meditations and breath work for each of the five elements. These practices will focus your breath in five different airway channels in your body and train your mind to hold the consciousness of the five elements. It is a practice that gives you great understanding of your body.

Each of the five elements is taught through a single training and you will be instructed to practice the meditation daily for 21 days to complete the training. When done consecutively (as recommended), the entire practice will last for 105 days.
